Processing Time:

Please allow 4-6 days as the treats are baked fresh to order!

Storage Info:

After purchasing we highly recommend transferring your treats into an airtight container or even better refrigerating or freezing the treats. The treats we sell at our retail locations are dated with a "sell by" date, we replenish our bags if on the shelf longer than the sell by date to ensure that you are purchasing treats that still have a good shelf life.  

After opening please reseal your bag completely or transfer treats to an airtight container. Treats may be stored in the following conditions:

- Countertop Airtight Container 4+ weeks

- Fridge 2 - 3 months)

- Freezer 4+ months ** Defrost treats upon serving

Allergies & Sensitivities:

Always contact us via email if your pup has a food sensitivity or allergy, most of our recipes can be adjusted to suit the needs of pups with dietary restrictions. We don't want any pups to miss out on our "barking good biscuits!"

Broken Cookies:

We take extra precautions when packing up your treats, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that UPS will be as cautious with your package. Broken cookies are possible, so we are unable to refund or replace. If your entire package has been tampered with, please contact us with photos of the damaged product(s) and its packaging, as we may need proof to claim the cost of the items and postage from UPS.
